Sex discrimination

Opposition to same sex marriage comes down to sex discrimination.  Telling two people that they can’t get married because of the gender of one of those people is just that.  Two lesbians can’t marry?  Either one of them could easily make the argument that they are being denied a fundamental human right simply because they are a woman.  Were they a man, they could have been married five minutes ago.
